Page 1 of 3 Asia PacificFor over 25 years, AEL’s commercial explosives have successfully been used by the industry in the Asia Pacific region. In 2006, PT AEL Indonesia was established as a wholly owned company of the AEL Group to compete with major global explosives companies.
Against stiff opposition, PT AEL Indonesia has tendered and won five significant projects in the coal mining market, including one of the largest mining operations in the world and some of the largest mining contractors in the region.
Coupled with this, AEL's in-house technical teams ensure that explosives application processes provide the most cost-effective extraction of minerals, overburden and waste materials in any mining, quarrying or civil and construction environment from coal, gold, copper, nickel, silver, cement and aggregate quarries; open cut/surface and underground mines to civil tunnels and hydro-electric schemes. |
